Te Rapa Racecourse, best known for thoroughbred racing in Hamilton, has earned a reputation around the region as a quality event venue. In the last couple of years the Te Rapa Event Centre has undergone renovations to the existing international stand, making this the ideal spot for your next corporate function or celebration.Please note that under the Covid Protection Framework, whether we be in Red, Orange or Green we will be operating as a vaccine pass venue. You must have double vaccination status and show your My Vaccine Pass (whether it be via your phone or a print out) to gain entry. Attendees may also be required to show Photo ID.
At the Te Rapa Event Centre we are all about bringing your event to life, whether it is a milestone event, a workshop or a private day out at the races we are here to help. With experience in 21st's to 90th birthdays, Wedding ceremony's and reception and corporate seminars and workshops we have held a wide range of events on course.
With six unique function spaces over three levels, our event centre also offers the convenience of free on-site car parking for up to 750 cars, an on-site catering team and a central location close to a range of local accommodation options and shopping centres.
